I’ve found that cursing loudly at a very opportune time ALSO works for me….I think they have a curse volume indicator on there….loud – you get music; VERY LOUD, you get a voice offering a real person; REAL LOUD WITH A GD tossed in for good measure and you get the live person MUCH quicker! LOL!

I suspect it is some sort of plot to get those of us who see no need for a DVR to buy one. I don’t watch a lot of tv but seems like every time I do my favorites are on at the same time!!!

My husband does that asking me what I have for him to eat thing. I think he thinks it’s cute. I get that I’m normally the one who does all the cooking and know what’s on hand, but dude, take some initiative sometime!
